With aiming to establish sustainable operation of the energy conversion systems, investigations related to improvement of efficiency in the turbine system and degradation mechanisms of structural materials are carried out. Development of advanced technology of highly effective utilization on hydrogen energy, which is expected to arrive in the near future, and biomass energy are also focused on.
